Shipping & Return Policy...
The customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, VAT or customs charges.
- We want you to be happy with your purchase.
- All products may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase date. All products must be in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
- Should you have the misfortune of receiving a faulty product we will be happy to replace the product with the same item, within 30 days of purchase date.
- Before you return a faulty DVD, please check the DVD on a different DVD player. Sometimes a DVD will not play on a particular DVD player but will work in another unit.
- Faults in discs will occur at the same point regardless of the DVD player. If the experienced fault is random or your disk plays on another DVD player, this is usually an indication that your DVD player needs servicing.
- Please note that it is normal for the TRIADBALL™ to have fold marks when first inflated.
- When returning a product for a refund or an exchange simply indicate the reason for your return or exchange, include the packing slip or your name, address, phone number, email address and method of payment with your return.
- For your protection, we suggest that you use UPS or insured parcel Post for your shipment.
Please note that ZENIRGY, LLC. will not issue a refund or exchange on any product until we have received and processed your return. Once we have received and processed your return we will notify you via email.
ZENIRGY, LLC. will not reimburse return shipment costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
